各位老师：

　　大家好！我们三年级很高兴能在这与各位老师一起交流经验。我们把一年来的一些做法说给大家，希望对即将对教三年级的老师有所帮助。

　　我们年级的老师首先通读了教材和教师用书。每次备课，我们都认真阅读教参，合理使用教学用书，但仅作参考，仍独立备课，而且独立备课之后，备课组集体评价，调整、修改教案，（我们的备课组是一个团结、合作的组。备课）在集体备课修改后，再走进课堂。A、B、C、D板块要合理整合，可参考教师用书上的教学方法，形成自己的教学风格。

　　一、3A是起始阶段，我觉得可以这样做：

　　一、让学生适应英语课堂。我觉得第一周很重要。首先，老师要很快的让学生适应课堂，适应老师的口令或动作。如：老师说到let’scheer的时候，学生就能很快的拍手，说到Readafterme。的时候，学生就能知道是“跟我读”等类似的口语。我还认为老师在第一周就可以把Goodmorning。/Goodafternoon。/Howareyou？/standup。Sitdown，please。等功能性的语言进行提前教学，而不受单元限制。

　　二、用歌曲的方法辅助教学，激发学生的兴趣。3A的歌曲还是比较多的，我觉得教师教字母的时候就可以提前把字母歌教下去，在歌曲中仍要注意强调、纠正学生的发音。

　　三、注意教学的重难点，由易到难，由浅入深。我觉得3A教材每一单元都有衔接。当老师每节课都有渗透时，后面的单元就相对简单。比如Unit5Howareyou？老师在开学第一周就可以教会学生，到Unit5的时候只要新授Notbad。/Notsogood。3A里我觉得比较烦的是Unit7—It’snice。和Unit11—Aboyandagirl。内容比较繁琐，特别是his，her等，学生不易弄清。这就需要老师循环反复的教学。

　　四、有效的`机械操练必须是快节奏的操练，有时一个单词在一个学生身上需要一分多钟，浪费了课堂时间。这就需要老师很好的把握课堂，组织好教学。

　　五、单词采用拼读教学法，避免死记硬背。三年级的单词大都符合读音规则，培养学生见词读音的能力有利于学生记忆单词。

　　六、对教材的适当的拓展。在实际教学中，适当地补充教材有相当好的作用。对于有能力的学生来说，能最大空间的发挥他们的能力，开发潜能。如，3A颜色和水果那两个单元，教师补充一些词如purple，pink，grape，组词redapples，purplegrapes，pinkpeaches.这样既是对教材的拓展，也是单元整合的一个体现。

　　二、我对学生的评价。我觉得应该做到：

　　一、不可淘汰教学，要面向全体学生，让每个学生参与单词认读，课文朗读。

　　二、对每一个学生可有不同的标准，注意学生的性格发展，让学生有创造地学习。

　　三、不吝啬表扬，哪怕是一个Good学生都会信心倍增。

　　三、我个人认为做得比较有用的地方。

　　一、课堂奖励机制。

　　由于三年级的学生刚刚开始学习英语，学习热情很高、兴趣很浓，表演的欲望也很强，有时激动起来，课堂就会显得乱哄哄的，不好控制，尤其是对话课。为了保证每一个学生都积极参与到课堂中来，我们对学生合理进行了分组。每次上课时都随身携带一些小贴图。在教学新单词时，对学得快、发音准、记得牢的学生随时发给一个小贴图；对一些上课专心听讲、遵守纪律的学生随堂发给一个小贴图；对于作业认真、书写规范的学生给在作业本上及时贴上一个小贴图；对于学生情景对话中表现好的小组每人奖励一个小贴图。通过一段时间的尝试，我发现这种做法大大激励了学生能够上课专心听讲、积极回答问题、认真做好作业、主动参与学习、大胆质难问疑。也调动了学生学习英语的兴趣，大大提高了教学效率。

　　小小的一张贴图，给孩子带来的是学习的乐趣、参与的激情和成功的喜悦，同时带给老师的也是一份欣喜、一份充实。

　　二、培养有能力的课代表。我的英语课代表有好多个。有专管作业的，负责每天作业的收齐与统计；有专管领读的，每天的早读课有领读课代表负责，领读课代表要在我面前朗读过关；有专管纪律的，早读课时督促每一个学生认真朗读。

　　三、利用每天的课前五分钟，让学生自由编对话，上台表演；也可以让学生做小老师，模仿我每次上课的口令，Classbegins.Goodmorning，boysandgirls.Howareyou？Nicetomeetyou.Sitdown，please.Thankyou./OK./Allright.培养学生的交际能力。

　　四、成立“一帮一”小组。我们学校的宗旨是：不放弃每一个学生。对于语言能力较差的学生，我会安排一个学得好的学生和他坐一位，辅导并督促他完成每天的作业、背书与默写。

　　五、每节课的freetalk，我会尽量把所学的句型快速地与学生交流，学生就不易忘记旧知。所以，一学年下来，几乎每个学生都能做到单词会拼背，简单的常用句型会正确使用。

　　以上的做法，其实我们大家都在做的，但我认为持之以恒很重要。在今后的教学中，会继续潜心钻研教材，创造性地理解和使用教材，以课程标准为依据，结合学生实际情况，对教材进行整合和拓展，努力使教学效果达到最优化。

We have such a long-standing history, we have such abundant resources, we have such intelligent and diligent people, and we have enough to be proud of. We have reasons to say proudly：we are sure to take the lead in the world in the future again, for our problems are big, but our ambition is even bigger, our challenges are great, but our will is even greater.
