　　3、完善班级管理。

　　班主任必须善于组织和管理学生，作为班主任，要做的工作多而繁杂。例如每天督促学生打扫卫生，每天带领学生大扫除，早上提前到校，检查家庭作业，组织早读等。上早操，做眼保操，各种集体活动等，班主任都得到场。每学期工作计划，期末总结，每天晨会，每周班会，平时不定期的班干会，学生会，布置教室，出黑板报，主题班会，广播操训练，文娱活动、班主任手册的填写、各项收费等工作都要到位。加上每天发生的偶发事件，家庭访问等琐事，耗费的时间无法计算。那么怎样才能比较轻松而又出色地做好班主任工作呢？作为班主任必须具有一定的组织管理学生的能力，要注意培养班级的骨干力量，让学生自己管理自己。这样不仅班主任轻松，而且可以培养班干部的组织能力。现在我班的一般事情都由班长负责，但各项具体工作分工到各个班委。语、数、英早读各安排人负责、早操由体育委员负责；学习上由学习委员和各科代表负责。当然班主任要随时随地作检查指导，大扫除把任务分工到人，张贴上墙，劳动委员负责检查。哪里不干净，找到当事人立即补课。大扫除后及时总结，表扬先进，指出不足。我发现班上有些成绩好的学生不爱劳动，做事一副娇滴滴的样子，我问他们，你们将来想做大事吗？他们说想，那“一屋不扫何以扫天下”这句话是什么意思？他们的理解能力还是比较强的，都能理解。我乘机对他们进行教育：一个人连教室都扫不好，还能干什么事？要想干大事，必须从小事做起，一件小事上往往能看到一个人思想深处的东西。你们要踏踏实实地做好每一件小事，不能浮躁，何况你们是班干部，对良好班风的形成起着重要作用，己不正，何以正人？学生在我的教育下，转变了态度，变得热爱劳动了，每次大扫除还主动领任务。如今，一个良好的班风已经形成。

　　4、善于挖掘学生身上的闪光点

　　每个人都喜欢被肯定和赞扬，不论是优秀的学生还是学习困难的学生都需要得到表扬。事实上，学习困难的学生身上也有许多优点和闪光点，我们需要去发现和挖掘。作为班主任，我应该善于发现学困生身上的亮点，给予他们信任，并引导他们有意识地发扬优点，改正缺点，发展自身优势，弥补短处。在我的班级里，有两位学习成绩并不理想的学生，姜杰和唐荣，但他们在劳动方面非常积极。每次学校大扫除，他们都会主动拖地、擦门窗、整理桌椅，忙得满头大汗，还不停地问：“老师，还有什么需要做的吗？”我就趁机对他们说：“老师特别欣赏你们现在的表现，如果你们在学习上再加把劲，一定能成为品学兼优的好学生。到那时，同学们都会对你们刮目相看，我和你们的家长也会更加开心。”听了我的话，他们都很高兴。接下来，我有时候会找他们到办公室做习题，有时候会让学习委员安排同学们帮助他们辅导作业。渐渐地，他们有了很大的改变。比如，以前不认真写作业甚至不做作业的许浩现在进步很多，字迹也变得清楚了，上课也遵守纪律了，作业也做得非常快。他们都渴望与尊敬的老师建立友谊式的交流。学生自主学习能力的形成是教育的目标，也是教育的条件。单凭老师的说教是无效的，需要教师自身人格的影响，需要心灵的沟通和情感的交流。

　　如何真正与学生心灵相通，建立起与学生的深入沟通？我认为首先应该改变我们作为教师的观念，一方面要怀有爱心，另一方面要尊重每个学生作为独立个体的存在。可以用诗来形容：“随风潜入夜，润物细无声。”在我们走进学生内心的过程中，我们需要像春雨一样滋润他们的心田，同时也要以慈母般的关爱对待他们。

　　曾有一位杰出的教师收到了学生一封感人的信：“老师，当我看到您与尖子生交谈时，我真心羡慕；当我看到您与犯错误的同学交谈时，我同样羡慕。我知道自己的成绩不太好，有时我真希望能违反纪律，让您找我谈话，即使是一次严厉的批评也好。”这说明我们要建立一种新型的、民主平等的师生关系，努力为学生创造一个宽松和谐的教学与教育环境，让每位学生都在我们教师的关怀中感受到“越秀”的温暖和乐趣，在塑造学生健全人格的同时，我们教师也在不断实现自我塑造成为“越秀之人”的目标。师爱是师德的核心。在某种程度上，爱学生就是爱教育事业，但让学生真正体会到教师的爱并非易事。有一位教育学家曾说过：“爱自己的孩子是人，爱别人的孩子是圣人。”

One day, he came to a small temple and began to brag about his insurance. After listening to his introduction, the monk said: “Your recommendation of insurance can't arouse any of my interests! When you are communicating with others, you must have the charm to attract others, or you will be unpromising in the future. Young man, try to change yourself!”

　　The salesman thought deeply about each word. From then on, he invited all his friends to point out his weakness and kept on improving himself bit by bit for all his life. Thirty years later, he became a millionaire. And this man is the famous salesperson in the world: Yuan Yi Ping. His experience reflects one attitude: sometimes, we should change ourselves instead of changing the world. Human beings always scan others, therefore, lots of people just see the flaws of them, then they will blame and criticize the outside factors, some people will even try to change them! Unfortunately, they ignore the importance of the inner factors. Everybody in the world needs to examine himself critically, everybody has to learn to be tolerant and generous. You won't think the world is splendid unless you change your attitude first.

　　Our teacher is a wonderful teacher. She speaks English slowly and clearly so that we can easily understand her. She tries hard to help us with pronunciation, intonation and rhythm and teaches us to speak English smoothly. She helps everyone with every difficult sound. She tells us stories and teaches us life skills, which will be useful to us in the future. She is very kind to us and we all love her. In the beginning, many of our students were shy about standing up in front of the class to speak English, but with the help of our teacher; and with the encouragement of our teacher every one of our class can now stands up and speak English loudly. Our teacher seems not to be an expert on languages. She does not tell us that the word “goodbye” originally means: 'god be with you' or “god bless you” when we are talking about the basic expressions of saying goodbye. She does not tell us such things. She only teaches us every day English to help us to communicate with others. And that is just what I needed. So, this program has been very helpful to me. I hope there will be more such programs in the future so that many more people can benefit from it. Now, I have a dream! My dream is that one day I can go to America for a Chinese Summer program to teach Americans to speak Chinese and tell them about China. I really think that this lie that we've been sold about disability is the greatest injustice. It makes life hard for us. And that quote, "The only disability in life is a bad attitude," the reason that that's bullshit is because it's just not true, because of the social model of disability.
