语组长。英语组长可以管好自己的组员，能收发每天的作业，帮老师减轻负担，是老师的得力助

手。 竞选英语组长，我有比较多的优势。首先，我足足当了三年半的英语组长，有丰富的经

验，最重要的是我特别喜欢英语，而且英语成绩很不错。我还喜欢看英语书：三只小猪、皇

帝的新装?? 如果我当选了，我会发扬过去的'优点，改正以往的缺点，认真做好一个英语组长的各项

职责：一、自己要按时交作业，不拖小组的后腿。二、督促组员保质保量做好作业，并在规

定时间内交给英语课代表。三、如果本组的同学有不会的题，那我就会教他。四、如果本组

同学在课堂上不认真，做小动作，那我这个英语组长就会提醒他，帮助他改正。总之，我会
