　　Good morning, honored judges. It is my greatest honor to stand here toshare my teaching story that affects me deeply .From that thing, I realized thata teacher should have a student’s heart.

　　People often say: “Teacher is the engineer of human spirit”. So I was soproud to become a teacher when I graduated from the university. As a newteacher, I felt good and confident at first. Because the knowledge of middleschool was so easy. I had thought that I could do better even though I didn’tprepare for the lessons. But that day a little boy named Yu Fangzheng changed mymind completely . I remembered that I taught a topic about sports in Grade 7. Atbeginning, the students were very active. Because this topic was familiar tothem. But suddenly, a boy asked me how to play basketball and the rules of it.At that moment, I couldn’t say a word. Because I had no interest in sports in mydaily life and before the class I also didn’t prepare for it. I was soembarrassed and didn’t know what I should do. At that moment, Yu Fangzheng stoodup and told the rules, even though the history of the basketball. This thingaffects me deeply. It makes me know a teacher shoud have a student’s heart.Teaching is also learning,As the greatest educational expert said: “ If you refuse learn from yourstudents humbly, you will not know his growth environment, his ability, hisneeds; then, you can not teach him well even though you have excellent skillsand rich knowledge.” As teachers, we need to " charge ", we should acceptopinions of students with an open mind .We should forget our roles when we faceto our students. At the same time, we should have courage to be their students ,to build our classes together, to study together ,to play together to sharehappiness and sadness with each other.

　　Teaching is learning. I will always be a teacher with a student’s heart.keep learning from my students. I believe that I will be a good teacher in thefuture. Because I also believe a saying: “there is a will, there is a way!”

　　早上好，尊敬的评委们。我很荣幸能站在这里和大家分享我的教学经历，从中我体会到，老师应该有一颗学生的心。

　　人们常说：“教师是人类精神的工程师”。所以当我大学毕业的时候，我很自豪成为一名教师。作为一名新老师，我一开始感觉很好，很自信。因为中学的知识太简单了。我本以为即使我没有备课，我也能做得更好。但那天一个叫俞方正的小男孩彻底改变了我的想法。我记得我在七年级教过一个关于体育的话题。一开始，学生们非常活跃。因为这个话题他们很熟悉。但是突然，一个男孩问我怎么打篮球和篮球的规则。那一刻，我一句话也说不出来。因为我在日常生活中对体育没有兴趣，上课前也没有准备。我很尴尬，不知道该怎么办。那一刻，俞方正站起来讲规则，纵然是篮球的历史。这件事对我影响很大。它让我知道老师应该有一颗学生的心。教也是学，正如最伟大的教育专家所说：“如果你谦虚地拒绝向学生学习，你将不了解他的成长环境、能力、需要;那么，即使你有过硬的技能和丰富的知识，你也无法教好他。”作为教师，我们需要“充电”，我们应该虚心接受学生的意见。当我们面对学生时，我们应该忘记自己的角色。同时，我们要有勇气做自己的学生，一起建班，一起学习，一起玩耍，彼此分享快乐和悲伤。

　　教就是学。我将永远是一个有学生之心的老师，不断向我的学生学习。我相信我将来会成为一名好老师。因为我也相信一句话：“有志者事竟成!”
