　　一、值得肯定的地方：

　　在教学中强化了对学生听说能力的训练，学生的听说能力有了较理想的发展，在阅读理解补全内容等题目中，学生的得分较高；学生对于重点词汇、句型的意思掌握较为扎实；大部分学生都较好地掌握了小学阶段出现的语法知识；多数学生已经形成了一定的观察、理解和综合运用语言的能力；多数学生具备了一定的答题解题的能力和技巧。

　　二、存在的问题：

　　学生对单词的拼写掌握不够牢固；学生缺乏一定的根据上下文猜测理解词汇的能力；学生思维呈现出单一性和僵化性的状态；学生对于某些语言知识的掌握不够清晰和明了；学生在审题解题的过程中不够细心、耐心。

　　三、改进措施：

　　1、在我们今后的英语教学过程中，老师们不仅要加强英语基础知识的训练，更要重视学生的思维训练，注意培养学生良好的思维品质，提高学生实际解决问题的能力；

　　2、重视基本语法教学。有必要对语法进行梳理学习，精讲精练，使学生牢固掌握而非似懂非懂；

　　3、教给学生一定的字母组合的发音规则以提高学生记忆背诵单词的能力；

　　4、利用现代教育技术，拓宽学生学习和运用英语的渠道，丰富教学内容，提高课堂教学效果。

　　5、注重培养学生仔细审题、细心答题的良好习惯

　　英语就像我们的饭和水一样，已成为我们生活的必需品。对于学生特别是初中、高中、大学的学生来说，英语更是重中之重。如果小学打不好基础，英语学习会越来越难，成绩也会越来越差，孩子的生活也会因此而增加很多的烦恼。

　　单词是学习英语的基础，只有打好了基础才能学好英语。当然并不是说只要把单词背出了，就能学好了英语了，没有那么简单了。随着年级的升高，要求与难度自然是越来越高了。所以今天，我们主要是针对在我们六年级英语学习中遇到的问题和难题进行一下交流与探讨，看看怎样能够更好地进行解决以及家长需要做那些配合工作来促进孩子的学习。

　　1.单词能默写，但放到文章中就无法做对。为什么?平时要求熟练背诵课文并默写没有做到位，对英语不够敏感。还有一个就是听力技巧问题了，无法抓住关键词。当然这个技巧的掌握必须是能听懂题目的基础上了。现在学生还欠缺的'是平时的听录音不够，或者说专心听英语的时间还不够。您可能习惯在孩子睡觉前、起床后给孩子听录音磁带，这种方法很好，可以培养孩子的语感。此外，您还应该每天固定一个时间让孩子听录音磁带，并鼓励孩子大声跟读。听一句跟读一句，这样可以提高听读的准确性。对孩子的听力有着更大提高作用。

　　2.专心度不够：这里举几个例子，一次布置的英语回家作业是抄写书后的11个单词，要求学生抄5遍并默写5遍，同样的作业我连续布置3天，结果听写时仅有29名学生全对。平时的抄写作业都会有学生抄错。另外，在上次期中测试中，在考试前的课堂中我透露了两道题目，到考试时这两道题目只有20个左右的学生答对。这些都说明学生在平时的课堂和回家作业时不够专心。

　　英语不是速成的，关键是靠平时的累积。认真听好课并积极回答老师提出的问题，用心完成每一次作业不犯低级错误，每天听英语录音并能理解录音内容，鼓励课外观看英语类节目或看英语课外书或者参加英语的学习。还有就是家长多关注孩子的学习，检查每天的作业是否完成，每次的测验情况如何。我想，如果我们能做到，那么情况会越来越好，问题会越来越少的，成绩就会越来越好。

　　还依稀记得前几年的那次小学英语歌咏歌谣比赛，那是我第一次辅导学生比赛。出于对职业的这份责任心，我给了自己压力，从接到通知的那一刻，我就开始张罗。于是几乎所有的空余时间，我都在苦思冥想，构思，选曲，选人每一个细节我都力求做到最完美。三年级的孩子懂的英语实在是太少，我没法将歌词复印给他们自己去背，只能对着10个孩子一个单词一个单词地教。但是让我最困惑的不是这个，而是没有时间给我们排练，很多次都要我一个个教室的去找人，等别的组都训练完了我们再抓紧时间排练一会儿。跟本不会唱歌的我却让她们一句一句跟着我唱直到熟练为止，更不善于跳舞的我却要自创队型，自编动作，一遍一遍地教，一个一个动作细扣。奇怪的是我一点也不感觉到累，反倒觉得和这群孩子一起排练的日子很幸福，只有在那个时候我才能觉得这群孩子是属于我的，我喜欢那种感觉。这就是我，一个普通的小学英语老师，我没有力量去改变什么，但我希望能把自己的能力发挥到极致。我会不厌其烦的跟学生强调英语的重要性，只是真心的希望他们能为初中的学习打下更好的基础；我也会花上两个星期的时间，记住所教班级的学生的名字，只是希望能更快的了解他们；我还会一次次向领导提出建议，以期用我微弱的力量来改变学生英语学习的现状，因为这是我——一个平凡的小学英语教师的使命。

　　责任与使命——是你成熟的标志和跨进成功大门的门票，责任是永生的动力，持续的激情。三尺讲台啊，如果只为一时的冲动，谁会走向你？如果只为一时的好奇，谁会留恋你？对你的虔诚，注定我要在你那尺方的天地，作永生的战斗。

There was a young herdsman who wanted very much to marry， and was acquaintedwith three sisters。 Each one was just as beautiful as the other， so it was difficult for him to make a choice， and he could not decide to give the preference to any one of them。 Then he asked his mother for advice， and she said， "Invite all three， and set some cheese before them， and watch how they cut off a slice。"

　　The youth did so。 The first one ate the cheese with the rind on。 The second onehastily cut the rind off the cheese， but she cut it so quickly that she left much good cheese with it， and threw that away also。 The third peeled the rind off carefully， and cut neither too much nor too little。 The shepherd told all this to his mother， who said， "Take the third for your wife。"

　　This he did， and lived contentedly and happily with her。
