　　春风吹来，划下了弧线；太阳来过，留下了暖意，英雄走过，刻下了丰功伟绩。荡着涟漪的水花证明风儿的存在，火中送炭似的窝心暖诠释太阳的温度，更有山脚的松柏来阐述山的高耸，然而像空气走过不留影，像飞蛾扑火那样忘我的民族英雄们呢？他们默默地付出、奉献，那种精神时而似山涧清泉的轻柔又时而似李白庐山瀑布般的汇腾。

　　崎岖坎坷的历史回味着，像吃着青涩的橄榄，虽苦，但苦中透酸，酸中又掺杂着甜，越嚼越有滋味，这正是所谓的苦尽甘来。

　　看那一张张咧嘴的笑脸，脸上都洋溢着幸福，那悠久的历史和灿烂的文化散发着鲜血般的红色光芒，是先烈们用鲜血换来的，他们用自我完成了大业，用宝贵的生命去换回今天的胜利，他们用血妆点了大地，才有缤纷的万物，更汇集了江海湖泊，他们行军的脚印转眼成了低谷盆地，他们扛枪的臂膀撑开了天地，他们刚硬的身躯坐落，成为高山峻岭，无处不留下他们的身影与足迹，我们为他们呕歌、赞美。

　　然而，那些无法忘却的历史，那些悲壮的画面，时常浮现在脑海，无法言喻的激动化作两行热泪一涌而出。回想黄继光挺身而出，用坚实的胸脯抵挡了来势汹汹的子弹；邱少云纹丝不动，让那熊熊烈火也退却了三分；王二小的机智勇敢、刘胡兰的宁死不屈，还有那千千万万的劳动人民。他们血杀敌人，他们响亮的名字震惊了敌人，他们可贵的精神又移向胜利的一步。

　　这清明时节的纷纷细雨，是上天悲悯的泪，它在赞扬英雄们的可贵精神。今天虽然没有了炮火连天的战争，但烈士们的精神仍在延续。无论在生活中或是学习上，或者又是为人处事方面，坚持不懈，见义勇为，舍己为人，先人后己的种种都是我们体会生活，奉献自己的基础之石，都需我们去继承，去学习，去做一个有道德的人。

　　as we know, you have to learn how to fly much more independently instead of under your parents’ considerate protection when you get into college, which also means you will come across enormous questions that should be solved by yourself. from my point of view, those main problems can fall into three parts. first of all, the complicated relationship. for one thing, you have to know how cultural differences function in your relationship and respect them. in addition, college students spend less time studying together owing to different courses’ choosing, which requires us to devote more energy to building relationship. for the other thing, it is also vital to communicate with your parents often by using mobile phones or other tools. htmlsecondly, the temptations. the college serves us a more relaxed environment mixed with other temptations such as the internet, alcohols and so on. what’s more, the college teachers won’t compel you to study like before, you doze off or play cell phone in class, and you flee up the morning class because you get up too late. such too frequent behaviors will cripple your passion and enthusiasm towards life, so it is essential for us to resist these temptations and insist pursuing our own goals. thirdly, the balance between study and work. most of us will choose to take a part time job to earn the extra money or just to exercise ourselves. but it is significant to keep a relatively balanced relationship between them since i always regard the study as our main task, so my principle is adjusting work to follow the schedule of study. in conclusion, whatever issues we meet or miseries we suffer from, confront the hash reality head on, what we can do is remembering the past, living in the present and looking forward to the future.

　　总览古今中外，大凡有成就的人，无不具有坚持的精神。《史记》这部鸿篇巨著被世人称之为“史家之绝唱，无韵之离骚”，可你知道，它是司马迁消耗了17年的时间，不顾宫刑的熬煎，呕心沥血的`杰作。更有李白铁杵成针，屈原洞中苦读，匡衡凿壁偷光，他们的精神印证了“贵有恒，何必三更五更睡，最无益，只怕一日曝十日寒”的真理。他们用行动告知我们，只要有滴水穿石的精神，持之以恒，胜利不会遥远。英国首相丘吉尔在面对德国法西斯的疯狂进攻时，就曾对他的国民说过：“不要屈服，永久不行屈服。”这不但是一句兴奋人心的豪言壮语，也是他最重要的人生总结，表达了他坚持究竟的精神。大家都熟识愚公移山的故事，愚公之所以能够感动天帝，移走太行、王屋二山。正是由于他具有锲而不舍的精神。可见，胜利离不开坚持。

　　可以有一阵云雾，拂去人世间的沧桑，却拭不去她饱经风霜后的皱纹。

　　冷宫中是一番凌乱。

　　老妪好象要倾诉些什么，对着残月，言语缓中带愁。

　　“当年你何等威风，头带金冠，身披龙袍，普天之下，谁敢不从。囚禁王皇后、萧淑妃不费吹灰之力，诛杀长孙无忌也不过是轻于鸿毛。而今呵！可怜嫁在帝王家！”音调激动，凄凉，悲婉，似有一支利箭，朝上阳宫外刺去。

　　“你在位时，他们任你呼来喝去，愿为你‘上刀山，下油锅’，对你百般听从，一个个奴颜婢膝。而今，树倒猢狲散，大难来时各自飞。不必说来安慰你，即便是来探望的也恐怕是空无一人吧！‘当权皱眉有人问，退位饿死无人知。’”音调降了下来，如泣如诉。

　　“媚娘，你是一个坚强的女人，更是一个伟大的明君。你一生无愧天下苍生，你做到了，做到了让有才能的平民也能当宰相。因为你是从平民中崛起的，你强制推行的《姓氏录》是为了让被人歧视的家族不会永远沦落。你成功了——光大了武家，也兴复了李唐王朝。”她冷笑一生，仿佛受到了无尽的冤枉与委屈。

　　老妪收回目光，合上双眼。静静的躺在吱吱作响的床上。她开始回忆，她记起了在掖庭宫的日子，想到了龙椅、龙床，想到了李世民、张柬之兄弟最后，她想到了李治。

　　“媚娘，你变了。我宁愿你不做皇帝，只作为李治的一个妃子，甚至当一名不为人知的宫女，也许都过得很幸福，至少比现在过得好。”她有所思。

　　“不！如果那样便不是你了，你是为权力而生，为武代李兴而生，是命运注定你的人生路上充满血腥与杀戮，让你不得不费尽心机，不择手段。从你当上才人的那一刻，就必须小心翼翼，否则一招出错，满盘皆输。即使让你再经历胜过此生百倍的痛苦，你也会毫不犹豫，斩钉截铁的选择同一条路，你是不会后悔的。即便是在其中拼死挣扎，这才是你，一个真正的你。”她这样在心里告诉自己。

　　此刻，从她的眼角处滑下了一滴晶莹而透明的水，这种水叫泪，酸酸的。它包含了太多的东西，忧愁，坚韧，后悔，倔强。它苦，苦中带涩！

　　在这冷宫之外，仿佛有萧声，若隐若现。那萧所奏的曲子，恰是那段《销魂曲》。

　　Good morning. Today I will make a presentation on sincerity between volleyball game and me.

　　Volleyball that is a less popular sport than basketball and football, while more skillful is my favorite ball game. The game was invented in 1895 as a recreational pastime by American William G. Morgan, the physical education director of the Young Men's Christian Association chapter in Massachusetts. His game, which he originally called Mintonette, quickly became popular, not only in the United States but also around the world.

　　As everyone knows, in the indoor game, each team has six players and points are scored by successfully landing the ball in the court of the opponents without it being returned successfully. The reason why I said volleyball is a more skillful game is each skill in this game, including serving, spiking blocking and tossing, must be well trained, otherwise you can hardly play the game, even be attacked.

　　Now that volleyball is a difficult sport, you must feel strange why I have the weakness for this high-technique one. I think, I am fond of this sport for three reasons at least. To start with, every spike will make me excited frequently. Second, cooperation in this sport always bring me happiness and successful sense that is a kind of spirit enjoyment. Third, achievements made by Chinese women volleyball team inspired me so much. Especially, this team won the gold medal match and became the Olympic champion again in Athens, Greek, 20xx, on the condition that they lost the core member, Zhao ruirui, in the first competition.

　　In a word, I have great enthusiasm for volleyball game, because it is not only a sport, but also a kind of spirit strengths.

　　可是却有同学不知道珍爱这些美好的事物。请同学们放眼校园仔细看看——那洁白的墙壁被打上了鞋印、球印；桌椅上留着乱涂乱画的痕迹；水龙头开着，让水肆意的流失；美丽的草坪、花圃上留着无情的脚印；塑料袋、包装盒、果皮纸屑扔得满地都是，在其他同学午晚休的时候，宿舍楼内外高声的喧哗，打破了这一片宁静。这些现象与我们美丽、文明、和谐的校园多么不和谐！

　　我们崇尚文明，我们都需要生活在干净、整洁、美丽的环境中，然而，为何我们总把打扫、保护的期望寄托在别人身上？为何总是绝不怜惜的践踏这片宁静与美丽？为何总是逃脱作为x中一分子的责任？

　　同学们，立刻行动起来吧！一片纸，我们捡起；一滴水，我们节省；一堆垃圾，我们打扫，爱一棵小树苗，保护一只小田鸡。为了我们的校园，做我们能够做的一切。“勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之”。为此我向x中全部同学呼吁：创建清洁、文明的校园，需要你，需要我，需要我们大家共同的努力。让我们积极行动起来！让我们从现在做起，从身边的小事做起，加强自我束缚，相互监督，争做保护校园环境的小卫士。

　　这不是一个好谈的话题，因为每个人对这个话题的诠释都不一样，况且我们每个人又都在体验着这个话题的真正内涵，每个人对“活着”这个词语又都有话语权。但是今天我还是很想与大家分享一下我对为什么要活着这个话题的看法。希望大家能够静静的聆听下。我会很感谢的。

　　说到“活着”，大多数我们首先考虑到的.是这个问题，活与死的区别，而“活”与“死”这两个字是强烈对比的，所以对于这个问题我们也可以延伸为‘为什么活着’，‘活比死的好处是什么’（同学们有想到过这个问题吗）我把我活着的原因归结为三点：

　　首先，活着有很多好处。比如，我可以上大学，认识大学里的好友，还可以在这里认识演讲老师以及学弟学妹们。可以享受生活，可以追逐梦想，可以追寻爱情，也可以不用担心死后被火化，也不用担心死后灵魂到底归于何处。等等，同学们可以自由发挥。

　　其次，责任让我们只能活着。如社会的责任，家庭的责任等。如果选择死的话，会让身边关心你的人难过。如果我是一个人的话，我做很多事都会没有顾忌的，但是我不是，所以在做很多事之前我会考虑顾忌到身边关心我的人。我想这也是造成我至今优柔寡断的性格的原因吧。呵呵

　　再次，死也不容易。先不说你要选择怎样的死法，到底死时要不要化妆，穿什么衣服等等一系列的问题很复杂。我们姑且就说下我们死后安葬的问题吧。墓地有多贵？以北京为例，总价四五万元的墓地属于最便宜之列，而10万元—50万元之间均属中档，最贵的“豪华墓”可达数百万元之巨；从单价看，万安公墓部分墓地要价21。8万/平方米，超过了北京2月住房均价2。35万/平方米的九倍（数据来自南方周末的‘天价墓地’一文）。所以无任是公益性公墓还是经营性公墓价格都是很贵的。活着做房奴，难道死后还要做墓奴吗？所以，我不死，一定得活着，而且要活的好好的。《非诚勿扰》里面有一句话，我一直记忆犹新：活着的时候人挤人，死了还要人挤人。（以昌北缨上公墓为例）无奈啊。相比较，还是活着吧。

　　今天的课前演讲，我想先给大家讲个故事：有个女孩，在月台上追赶一张被风吹飞了的纸。热心的人们看见她万分焦急的样子，以为那是一张对她十分重要的纸，便纷纷加入追赶的队伍，可那张纸仿佛要存心捉弄大家，飞起又落下，落下又飞起来，像附了魂一样。越是这样，女孩追它的决心就越大。终于，在众人的努力下，那张纸乖乖地就范了。那个追到纸的人，得意地将战利品递给女孩。女孩优雅地向大家道谢，然后拿着纸在众目睽睽之下走到一个垃圾筒跟前，将它塞了进去，回过身，她微笑着对大家说：好了，现在它终于去了它该去的地方。故事讲到这里，也许你会诧异于女孩的举动，也许你会怀疑于故事的真实。

　　好了，先放下这些都不说，同学们，让我们一同回忆：在我们的周围，在我们的身边，是否有垃圾从同学的手中滑落，成为路面上醒目的感叹号？是否有随手丢弃的塑料袋在风中“翩翩起舞”？

　　是否会在厕所洁白的墙壁上看到几个刺眼的脚印？同样的，在你的周围，是否有人大声叫嚷，让你的耳膜阵阵发聋？是否有人口出脏话，污言秽语，招来人们鄙视的目光？是否有人唏嘘起哄，吹口哨，叫人不可思议，令人费解？当发生这一切的时候，在它们主人的身上其实是丢掉了一样东西，那就是文明——几千年来中华民族宝贵的精神财富。这财富世代相传，它应该在你的身边：她是路上相遇时的微笑；是同学有困难时的'热情帮助；是平时与人相处时的亲切与关怀；是不小心撞到对方时一声“对不起”；是自觉将垃圾放进垃圾箱的举动；是看到有人随地吐痰、乱抛乱扔时的主动制止；是走廊内的轻声慢步；是宿舍里暖融融的家的感觉。它是一种品质，一种修养，一种受人尊敬的并被大家广泛推崇的行为。绿树红花，朗朗的读书声，暖人的话语，整洁的仪表，那是一幅美丽的画面。所以当有人离文明远去的时候，请你温馨地提醒他：你掉了一样东西。谢谢大家！
